The rain beat down on my scarred back, glistening drops of Ichor fell from my body, sizzling as they hit the forest floor. I looked up at my attacker, a stranger dressed in shades of grey and black, his face blurry from the haze. I let out a beast like snarl "Aww, poor little kitten has lost her way" He purred. "time to take you home."
I got to my knees struggling to keep my balance, "You will regret attacking me human." I stood, wobbling on my two new legs. The man laughed and kicked me back onto the muddy forest floor "A insignificant infant like you can do nothing. You can barely stand on two legs you are so weak!" I looked down at my bo

The Calling of a Guardian- Part 3
The concept that humans call time became more familiar to me now that it seemed to pass so slowly, and yet somehow quickly. The changing of seasons took ages, gifting each and every day a new sort of value. I learned many new, bizarre things especially when Mother was around. I learned how to make many new different foods, hunt, how to craft and use my hands to make items, tilling the fields and plant things that would grow... Even my body, so used to staying the same, changed.
All of these things happened in time.
--------- After a day full of hunting, cooking and maintaining a campsite it was time to weed and harvest the garden. Th

How to make an Immortal
Small flames housed in a street lamp flickered softly, as a piercing shriek filled the dimly lit streets. The scream bounced from house to house in the dead of night setting the maker's death in stone.
An alchemist well known for his love of anatomy and the patients in which he worked so closely with; lie on his basement floor curled in a ball, his face contorted as he clenched his thin sides tightly.
He knew his time was almost up.
He had visited many doctors of the time, looking over him they found nothing wrong on the surface, only deeper could the problem be seen.
His blood was contaminated.

The Calling of a Guardian- Part 4
When the bright colors of the sun climbing the landscape; dissipated into to the soft blue of midday, the woman awoke from her slumber.
"Hey boy!" She called groggily from the open tent I looked over as she was getting up. "Yes, you. What is your name, oh silent one?"
"...Guardian..." I whispered meekly, hoping that she could understand Troll.
"YOU CAN SPEAK!!!" She jumped up, throwing her arms in the air. "And English too!!! ENGLISH!!!"
"What is this English?" I said curiously. "I really only speak troll"
"I guess the trolls speak English then" She beamed. "So your name is Guardian, huh?"
I nodded in reply.
"Doesn't suit a grown boy."

These last few months I have spent on a journey. I have learned to expand my capabilities within the Dream World. You may know this as Lucid dreaming, a state in which the dreamer is aware they are dreaming and able to alter, create, or even heal with in the dream. Through a blend of shaman herbs : Calea zacatechichi: Known as “the dream herb, Mugwort, Silene Capsensis, Choline, Galantamine from the Red Spider Lily, Salvia divinorum, Kief, and a multi-vitamin, I was able to gain control of the environment of my dream. Be warned my readers, this combination is not for recreational use, but for journeying between realms of consciousne

The Calling of a Guardian-Part 3
The next morning I awoke and pulled the flap of deer hide aside, just as the colors of a new day began to spill over the horizon. After a lengthy rest (and good cooking) I was full of energy. I decided to put myself to work in secret. I snuck around the unfamiliar camp, careful not to make much more noise than the sound of steps in the earth. It didn't take long to find the fire pit, the smells from last night's meal had made an impression in the surroundings, still lingering in the air.
I made quick work of the pit, tidying it up nicely and starting a small fire with surrounding kindling. Quickly I gathered the ingredients for something
Her amber eyes inched open allowing piercing rays of sunlight to alert the young French girl’s senses. Adrienne stretched out her limbs and in result, her blanket fell to the wooden floor. She swung her legs over the bedframe and pointed her toes as she lifted herself from sleeping position. The white nightgown laced around her ankles brushed back and forth as she made her way across her room and through the house. The house itself was nothing incredibly special and was a bit run down. But Adrienne couldn't ask for a better one. On the outskirts of the village, her tiny house with a big yard stood proudly. She was particularly pr
